Accompanying Persons

As the Organizing Team’s headquarters will be located in Portillo Ski Resort, unlike previous years, in this edition, we will offer different accommodation options in the same complex with a variety of amenities.

All fees are per person, and each participant must do the check-in individually. Accommodation is valid from Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.
The accommodation do not include meals, so you must hire the meal pack, because during the days of competition the hotel restaurant will not be enabled. If it will be in the previous days (until the lunch of 28/02)

Team discount does not apply to accommodations.

MEALS FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Those people who are not runners and who go to Origin 2018 as companions will be able to obtain the Pack of meals to be able to eat along with the runners.

The pack Includes: Wednesday, February 28: Dinner. Thursday 1 March: Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friday March 2: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Saturday March 3: breakfast and lunch.
The value of the meal pack is U$245.-

CLASSIC CAMP:

This is the traditional camp option, where each runner must carry his/her own tent, sleeping bag and camping items (air mattress, sleeping pad, etc.).

It includes: the right to camp, shared restrooms and hot water showers.

Does not include meals or breakfasts. Must be contracted separately.

Valid from: Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.

Price per person: U$D: 60.-  (sixty US dollars).

To book the “CLASSIC CAMP” option, participants shall register and make a down payment of U$D 30 (thirty US dollars). They shall pay the balance due by deposit or bank transfer or in cash in the TMX office.

As of September 16, the value per person will be U$70.- (Seventy Dollar). They must pay a sign of $ 40.- (forty) The balance can be paid in Portillo

Booking CLASSIC CAMP

CAMP WITH STANDARD TENT – Two-Person Tent

 

This is the classic camp option but the tent is provided by the Organizing Team. The tent is for two people and it has cots. The runners shall carry their own sleeping bags.

The participants that choose this option will share the tent with another runner, whether chosen by them (stated in the booking form) or assigned by the Organizing Team if they are alone.

It includes: the right to camp, two-person tent with cots, towels, restroom and hot water showers. Not include sleeping bag.

Does not include meals or breakfasts. Must be contracted separately.

There are 300 tents available (single and double tents)

Valid from: Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.

Price per person: U$D 160.-  (One hundred sixty US dollars).

To book the “CAMP WITH STANDARD TENT – Double Tent” option, participants shall register and make a down payment of U$D 60.- (sixty US dollars). They shall pay the balance due by deposit or bank transfer or in cash in the TMX office.

As of September 16, the value per person will be $ 170.- (one thousand ninety pesos). They must pay a sign of $ 100.- (one hundred Dolar) The balance can be paid in Portillo

Two-Person Tent

CAMP WITH STANDARD TENT – Single Tent

 

This is the classic camp option but the tent is provided by the Organizing Team. The tent is for two people and it has a cot. The runners shall carry their own sleeping bags.

The participants that choose this option will not share tent.

There are 300 tents available (single and double tents)

It includes: the right to camp, single tent with cot, towels, restroom and hot water showers. Not include sleeping bag.

Does not include meals or breakfasts. Must be contracted separately.

Valid from: Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.

Price per person: U$D 240.-  (Two hundred and forty US dollars).

To book the “CAMP WITH STANDARD TENT – Single Tent” option, participants shall register and make a down payment of U$D 100. (one hundred US dollars). They shall pay the balance due by deposit or bank transfer or in cash in the TMX office.

As of September 16, the value per person will be $ 265.- (two hundred sixty five). They must pay a sign of $ 105.- (one hundred and five Dollar) The balance can be paid in Portillo

Single Tent

INCA LODGE

 

Quadruple rooms with bunk beds. Shared restroom outside the room.
The participants that choose this option will share the room with other three runners, whether chosen by them (stated in the booking form) or assigned by the Organizing Team if the room is not fully booked.

INCA LODGE’s capacity is 120 people.

It includes: shared quadruple room, shared restroom outside the room, bed linen and towels.

Does not include meals or breakfasts. Must be contracted separately.

Valid from: Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.

Price per person:U$D 260.-  (Two hundred and sixty US dollars).

To book the “INCA LODGE” option, participants shall register and make a down payment of U$D 100 (one hundred US dollars). They shall pay the balance due by deposit or bank transfer or in cash in the TMX office.

OCTAGON LODGE

 

Quadruple rooms with bunk beds. Restroom inside the room.
The participants that choose this option will share the room with other three runners, whether chosen by them (stated in the booking form) or assigned by the Organizing Team if the room is not fully booked.

OCTAGON LODGE’s capacity is 52 people.

It includes: shared quadruple room, shared restroom inside the room, bed linen and towels.

Does not include meals or breakfasts. Must be contracted separately.

Valid from: Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.

Price per person: UD$310 (Three hundred and ten US dollars).

To book the “OCTAGON LODGE”, option, participants shall register and make a down payment of U$D 35.-  (thirty-five US dollars). They shall pay the balance due by deposit or bank transfer or in cash in the TMX office.

As of September 16, the value per person will be $ 340.- (Three hundred forty dollars). They must pay a sign of $ 140.- (one hundred forty Dollar) The balance can be paid in Portillo

OCTAGON LODGE – SOLD OUT

VIP TENT

 

Luxury tent for two persons with cot, linen (bed sheets, blankets and comforter) and shared restroom.

There are 9 VIP single tents available. There are 12 VIP double tents available. (33 people)

It includes: Luxury tent, linen, towels, scaldasonno, shared restroom and hot water showers.

Does not include meals or breakfasts. Must be contracted separately.

Valid from: Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.

Price per person: U$D 360 (Three hundred sixty US dollars).

To book the “VIP TENT” option, participants shall register and make a down payment of U$D 150. (One hundred and fifty US dollars). They shall pay the balance due by deposit or bank transfer or in cash in the TMX office.

As of September 16, the value per person will be $ 395.- (Three hundred ninety five dollars). They must pay a sign of $ 160.- (one hundred sixty Dollar) The balance can be paid in Portillo

VIP TENT – SOLD OUT

Double rooms with twin or double bed. Private restroom and towels.

There are 129 rooms available.

It includes: Linen, towels, private restroom.

Does not include meals or breakfasts. Must be contracted separately.

Valid from: Wednesday 28, February, at 3:00 p.m. through Saturday 3, March, at 5:00 p.m.

Price per person: U$D: 425.-  (four hundred and twenty-five).

To book the “PORTILLO HOTEL” option, participants shall register and make a down payment of U$D 200.- (two hundred US dollars). They shall pay the balance due by deposit or bank transfer or in cash in the TMX office.

As of September 16, the value per person will be $ 470.- (Four hundred seventy dollars). They must pay a sign of $ 220.- (two hundred twenty Dollar) The balance can be paid in Portillo

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation:

From September 1 to October 31, the down payment made shall not be reimbursed to the people who cancel their accommodation.

If they introduce another person to take their place, they can change the reservation name without any additional cost.
The new person introduced shall pay the remaining balance according to the payment plan agreed with the cancelling person.

If no replacing person is introduced, the other people in the room/tent shall pay the remaining balance of the canceling person.

After November 1, no reimbursement shall be made of the payments made up to this date to the people cancelling their accommodation.

If they introduce another person to take their place, they can change the reservation name without any additional cost.
The new person introduced shall pay the remaining balance according to the payment plan agreed with the cancelling person.
If no replacing person is introduced, the other people in the room/tent shall pay the remaining balance of the cancelling person.
