This same rule shall apply to the Mandatory Items.
4. I authorize TMX S.R.L. and/or its sponsors, associated companies, subsidiaries and controlling entities to use, reproduce, distribute and/or publish photographs, movies, videos, recordings and/or any other means of recording myself for promotional and/or advertising purposes, taken because of and in the context of the Race, without any pecuniary compensation whatsoever.

7. Athletes who are suspended, who had been proven to have used prohibited substances, or who are in the process of serving any kind of disqualifying penalty imposed by Confederations or Federations in full effect at the time of the race cannot take part in the event.
8. The minimum age to take part in the event is 17 years old as of March 1, 2018 for the 100K distance, and 15 years old for the 50K and 30K distances (in these cases, the registration form must be signed by the father, mother, or legal guardian).
9. The Organizing Team reserves its right of admission.
Any person who alters his/her participant’s number will be excluded from the race. Along with the medical (normal) aptitude, the broker must deliver signed a document (it is called Informed Consent) where he says that he is aware of the race in which he is going to participate, that he knows that it will be done to a Height that goes between the 2500m and the 4000m, and that informed to the doctor that extended the certificate to him. Both documents must be submitted together.

B. General Rules

1. All athletes must know the Regulations.
2. The participant is responsible for being well prepared for the race. This means having good health and an acceptable level of training. Registering in a race neither ensures nor covers this responsibility.
3. The runners are responsible for keeping themselves well-hydrated.
4. The competitors are obliged to stay in the trail designated by the Organizing Team; if they fail to do it, they can be disqualified from the competition. Using shortcuts is not allowed. The athletes are responsible for knowing the designated course.
5. Behavior: Inadequate behavior or the use of abusive language, in any manner whatsoever, shall be considered sport misconduct and penalized, including disqualifying the athlete.
6. Cleaning: Runners are also responsible for maintaining a clean environment. Runners who litter anywhere along the race course shall be penalized. This action can be seen by a member of the Organizing Team o by other runners with sufficient evidence who inform about this violation.
7. Complains: Any claim whatsoever should be carried out within one hour following the closing time of the stage. It has to be in writing and signed. Saying that a person has taken a shortcut is not enough; as many details as possible are needed. All claims shall be investigated. It is not always possible to see the violations due to the nature of the race itself.
8. Penalties: Penalties shall be determined according to the severity level of the violation. Minimum penalty is 2 minutes. Maximum penalty is disqualification in the event results, and the loss of the awarded money if any.
9. The participants running in teams of 2 must stay together along the entire race course, from the start to the finish line, without being apart further than 15 meters along the course. Otherwise, they shall be disqualified.
10. Sovereign Decisions: The Organizing Team shall not be responsible for any loss of materials or damage carried by the athletes while taking part in any of the race stages. Doubts or omissions herein shall be settled by the Organizing Commission in a sovereign way, with no possible resources to appeal such decisions.

2. To pick up the kit, all competitors must compulsorily submit their original documents, payment receipt and Medical Certificate.
3. The registration steps, registration costs, its due dates and payment method are detailed in www.tmxteam.com.
4. If we find that a registered person gave his/her place to another person to replace him/her in the event, we shall proceed to disqualify the person who ran, and to carry out the exclusion of both (assignor and assignee) from the upcoming events organized by TMX.
